Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
Failure to show for your appointment results in the forfeiture of the session. This policy applies to individual sessions or as part of a package. No refunds will be given, and the session will be deducted from your total if part of a package.
Failure to notify me that you will not be present for the appointment after the start time of your appointment also constitutes a forfeiture and loss of the appointment. No refunds for the appointment will be given, and the session will be deducted from your total if part of a package.
Refund Policy
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, online courses, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
In rare cases where there is a technical issue with the product that prevents access or usability, we are committed to resolving the problem promptly. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of purchase with a detailed description of the problem
Coaching Sessions and Programs
Single sessions: Once coaching or consulting services have been rendered, there are absolutely no refunds.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late notifications after the start time of the appointment (see No-Show Policy above).
Single Session Disclaimer: Single sessions are not intended to be purchased repeatedly or on an ongoing basis in place of a coaching package or program. April Darley LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, decline, or discontinue the purchase of single sessions if they are being used in lieu of a package or program.
Packages and Programs: I want you to be successful! However, if you decide that the program isn’t for you after your first session, you have 3 days to request a refund minus the amount of your first session as payment for services rendered.
If you do not cancel your program in writing within 3 days after your first session, then no refunds will be given on unused sessions.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus your first session fee and a processing fee of 4% of the purchase price.
Program Expiration Policy
The start date of your coaching program will be the date of your first session.
Current programs are designed to be 3-6 months in duration. However, I understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise that could delay your completion.
To maintain your momentum, 1 session per week is recommended, but all programs will expire in 1 year from the purchase date regardless of completion.
Testimonial Policy
I greatly appreciate testimonials, and I also value your privacy. If requested via a testimonial release form, I will gladly keep your name and likeness private while sharing your testimonial.
Privacy & Cookie Policy
Your sessions by video or phone are confidential and no information will be shared with a third party with the exception of imminent harm to yourself or another person. You can view our complete privacy and cookie policy HERE.
