Please review the following policies before purchasing or scheduling services with April Darley LLC.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice or notify me after your appointment time has begun, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
Refund Policy
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions, including Breakthrough Sessions, may be cancelled for a refund before the scheduled appointment.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, your payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you miss your appointment without notice or cancel after your scheduled appointment time has begun, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
Once a session has been provided, the payment for that session is nonrefundable.
Programs and Packages
For programs and packages, including Decode, you may request a refund within 3 days after your first session.
Any refund will be reduced by the cost of the first session as payment for services already provided, plus a 4% administration fee, and will be returned to the original form of payment.
After the 3-day refund period has ended, no refunds will be given for unused sessions, and any remaining program balance will still be due.
This matches the current policy already reflected in your Welcome Guide and service agreement.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and nonrefundable.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact April@aprildarley.com so the access issue can be resolved.
Requesting an Eligible Refund
To request an eligible refund, email April@aprildarley.com within the applicable refund period.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Program Expiration Policy
Programs are designed to be completed within their stated timeframe. To maintain momentum and receive the intended continuity of support, clients are encouraged to schedule sessions according to the frequency established for their program.
All unused program or package sessions expire one year from the date of purchase, regardless of whether all sessions have been completed.
That preserves the rule in your current Welcome Guide.
Testimonial Policy
I greatly appreciate testimonials, and I also value your privacy.
Testimonials will only be published with permission. If requested through the applicable testimonial release, your name, likeness, or other identifying information may be withheld when your testimonial is shared.
If you have previously provided a testimonial and would like to request that it be updated or removed, please contact April@aprildarley.com.
Client Confidentiality
Information shared during private Personal Advising sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission except when disclosure is required or permitted by law or otherwise addressed in your client agreement.
Please keep in mind that no method of electronic communication or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
